Francine wasn't the Best. Student. Ever. but when she'd offered to help Blysse find out more about raised-by-wolves stories, she'd made sure to follow through on that, even if it had taken her awhile to get around to finding the books she remembered and inviting Blysse ~~oh so handwavily~~ over.

Of course, the follow-through got a little snagged when she opened up her bookbag while waiting for Blysse to arrive and instead of the library books she'd checked out, found a pile of playfully growling kittens.

Okay, that was gonna take some explaining.
