Good morning. It is Monday once again and thus you are hearing from me once again.

The action yesterday was, I'm sure you're all shocked to hear, all taking place in Town, with Mrs. Argentum and the Little Miss were making a Father's Day breakfast for Mr. Argentum, and they- Mr. and Mrs. Argentum, that is, the Little Miss mostly being focused on the pancakes, solid show of priorities right there- discussed what they ought to do to celebrate the day. Mr. Boc stopped by J,GoB for his usual cinnamon roll, and was confronted with questions from the staff regarding his plans for Father's Day. A gambit that ended rather awkwardly as Mr. Boc does not have a father. I also grew up without a father, so you're in- well, you're in company, Mr. Boc. Suppose whether it's good is entirely subjective.

Stark was in the park. *squirrely chitters* Yes, thank you, I'm aware that was a rhyme. I'm sure no one's ever pointed that out before. Continuing on, I stopped to chat with him about my plans for lunch. The squirrels are giving me judgemental looks for not having a 'juicy' conversation, whatever that means.

At the Stark-Rogers residence, Mr. Rogers was concerned about Mr. Stark, and eventually coerced him out of his laboratory for a meal.

And that, everyone, is all of note that happened yesterday.

Good morning, everyone, and welcome to another Saturday of the news as presented by the drunken squirrels who spy upon us all. It's fine. It's perfectly fine. I remain Miss Lydia Bennet, here to read said notes to the best of my ability given the squirrels' atrocious handwriting.

Let's begin, shall we, with the school, where Relax and Chill took naps, whilst Galactic Tourism visited Hoth, which is so cold Mr. Rand complained. Dr. Blake talked with his First Aid students about what to do when the situation is rather unexpected.

We've no notes for the dormitory; the porg and I have talked about this; on to the town, where Miss Zarrin was I'm sure hard at work at Plant Parenthood, whilst at Turtle & Canary a celebration of some sport with a soft ball was ongoing. At the Trooper Station, Detective Watts was confronted by quite a lot of oranges, and Mr. Grant planned to take some of them home with him after luncheon. At her warehouse, Miss Skywalker was likewise faced with a plague of round objects, but hers were not delicious oranges but rather "ping pong balls," which are apparently plastic, and which she warned Dean Skywalker of, lest he slip and fall and break a hip. Lastly, Mr. McGarrett was at his home looking for food, which I should certainly hope he has, and Mr. Williams wanted to discuss his activity levels. Apparently Mr. McGarrett was upset he was not chosen for Dean Skywalker's Wednesday madness, and I cannot imagine why. I'm not sure I shall ever get the stains out of that dress, and that's with magic.

That is the last of my notes, dear listeners, so I shall bid you farewell until next week. Remember: avoid the park on Wednesdays if you value your clothing!

*sounds of porgly excitement and also fireworks*

Not inside! Who even gave those to you? How did you set them off without thumbs? Why am I even trying to understand this?

At least you didn't set the notes on fire. Or anything else considering the fumes.

Up at the School, the Library was decorated for Halloween, confusing both Gray and everyone listening.

Meanwhile Shenanigans involved a greasy pole, and free Moobyland as s prize, truly a puzzle as to which was the worse option. Though for some bizarre reason one of the Steves was in the stands and very sad about missing out, the voluntolds prepared themselves, and not even the horrors were enough to stop the inevitable flirting. And then there was the Pole, were only a few, namely Jaina, Eleanor, non sad Steve, and Vi, made it across to claim their dubious prize, though Lydia did get a pair of water wings out of it. Not that I have any idea what they are, but I'm assuming they also lack basic dignity. Also, Belle did not hug Anakin.

Over in the Dorms, put that firework down, or rather just outside them Lydia's walk of shame crossed pasths with Charlie's walk of no shame. Good for them, I guess.

In Town, Pick Your Poison was decorated for Christmas, just to spread the confusion around. Rey offered to help Adrian undecorate, while Lydia wanted henbane for 'non poison reasons', and why do I have a random parchment that reads 'don't eat the nutbread, not even once' mixed in here? Prompto gave his child a camera at Furnado. Harley did her washing and Mark was there. Everything was butterfly themed at Caritas, including the singing. Rey appreciated the colours, Atton was there, Stewart did not bring suspicious brownies or dubious nutbread, but Stark did bring cupcakes.

Good morning. It’s Wednesday again and I’m here again because this is one of the things I do every week and have done for years now.

Let’s start with the school where in Finding New Hobbies we drew or colored. In Norse Life they played a game called…what?

*chittering* A game called hunh-something? I don’t know. A strategy game of some kind. In The Wonderful World of Art they watched a movie about…I’m not sure. The squirrels don’t seem to be either. And in Paintball Cal won again and the floor was lava but not really lava because Anakin was not in charge.

Nothing from the dorms and the porg is sad like he usually is so it’s time for the town.

Ignis was late to the diner and the staff put fancy specials on the menu because they didn’t think he was coming at all. Liliana came to visit, as usual.

Gladio had a gremlin in the claw machine at the gym and Summer did not want gremlin flavored noodles. That seems wise. Nell was there for a swim. Good idea. A nice warm pool and not the freezing ocean. Nell was also in her shop and in a very good mood. At Pixie Dust Boc was baffled by jelly shoes. Wait, what? You can’t make shoes out of that. Can you?

Charlie didn’t have anything made of jelly at Groovy Tunes and was listening to a song called ‘The Point.’ And at Caritas Kitty had to duct tape a zombie arm. Repeatedly. I’m sorry, Kitty.

And that was all the squirrels gave me from yesterday for today. Be careful of Anakin. You should always be careful of Anakin.

Hey there Fandom, it's ya girl, Arden Finch, hoping everybody's properly over the nonsense that hit us this weekend. I'm totally not still feeling spiteful about being a forest for the whole weekend, honest.

Anyway, we still had School because we're not about to take it off for something as silly as being other people - or other landscapes! That's quitter talk! Teamwork had us crossing scary bridges, standing on seesaws, and trying to get out of boxes, all of which had to be done as a team. Which makes sense, considering the name of the class. Creative Problem Solving was very quiet due to 'hangovers from people who should know better.' Yeah, no wonder you recognized the signs, you furry, drunken miscreants. The Art of Conversation wanted to talk about the weather all class. That sounds terrible. Luma and Professor Sims managed to have a whole conversation about the weather, while Luma and Mr. Blackwood talked about why small talk exists. Professor Sims seemed to think it was because people liked it. Yeah, I'm gonna go with probably not, Professor. And then National Park Adventure Team visited Beringia National Park, where there was a ton of stuff to do, including whale watching! Guess what I did!

The expected no notes for the Dorms, but Town was busy bright and early this morning. At IX Serendipity Place, Professor Fel returned from being a car, and Professor Solo-Fel managed not to mention it to him for a whole five minutes. Hey, did he turn back with clothes on? Because if he did, I need to speak to the island's manager, what the BLEEP! MCA #0 also had a wakeup, complaining about how Officer McGarrett had eaten all the food over the weekend. Hey, at least you both were still people, okay? Professor Fel gets me. I woke up naked at Selkie Cove, but Raiden rescued me by bringing me clothes and making me an amazing breakfast.

*coughing* ANYWAY, MOVING ON TO PEOPLE ACTUALLY DOING NORMAL MONDAY THINGS! The Infinite Consortium had its usual lunchtime visit from Professor Scientia, who challenged Professor Vess to a guessing game. Why are there smirky emojis all over this note? Professor Argentum was at the Photo Hut sniffing himself and I'm not even reading the rest of this note, we're just gonna go to the next one, thanks. 'Turtle and Canary National Earl Day'? What the BLEEP does that mean? Earls like the name? The rank? The--I'm thinking far too hard about this, next note. Something sane, I hope.

Well, it looks like Ms. Nell spent the morning chasing down expensive flowers at Covent Garden Flowers. I hate that my first guess is that her flowers were suddenly ambulatory today. Because that's something that absolutely could happen here. I'm not sure that it didn't. The Magpie Emporium got the paints and flags out for Pride, with Steph coming by to give the store robot a flag to carry. After his breakfast was delivered, Officer McGarrett went in to work at the Trooper Station, even though the squirrels are firmly convinced he should have stayed home. Sorry, Officer McGarrett, but when even the squirrels think you're being dumb about something, that's probably an important sign. After being a total hero, Raiden opened Pizza Planet while arguing with Castor about the provenance of art. Uh-oh. Professor James Stark asked about everybody's weekend at the Clinic--why would you do that? Fortunately, Mr. Northman was doing the exact opposite of that at the Devil's Nest, trying not to hear anything about Tiny's weekend. Hopefully Ms Blake's text was a good distraction, she was letting Mr. Northman know that she was...trapped in LA? Okay then.

Anyway, that's it for today's notes. This is ya girl, Arden Finch, signing off and leaving you with another song for Pride, Honey by Halsey.

Good Morning all, and hopefully everything is back to rights after what from all reports was one of those strange weekends. And speaking of reports...

In the Dorms, Flash the sloth was inching his way across the lobby to the door.

The rest of the action, such as it was, was in Town, with Miss Skywalker unable to hold tools and yet capable of holding an iced coffee. And speaking of coffee, Mr. Jenson was at the Perk with a dog hoping to 'pick up' women. Finally, later in the evening Mr. Lockhart is enjoying some cheese and wine while soaking in a hot tub, before he is joined by Mr. Jensen, whom the notes want to make very clear was sitting 'five feet apart' from Mr. Lockhart.

That's all from yesterday, this is Detective Watts signing off.

*chittering*

What in the actual *BEEP* is happening here? I've been kidnapped again. By rodents.

*angry chittering*

I don't care! I'm not your prisoner!

*door slamming and locking*

This place is so messed up. You all know that, right?

*chittering*

So, if I just read these, I'm free to go. Right? Fine. Bring them on. Let's do these weird notes. In the dorms--you know spying on kids is just messed up--there was a piece of cheese in a common room. What the *BEEP* does that even mean? There was also a sloth trying to make it's way downstairs. Doesn't look like it was getting there anytime soon.

In town, some lady named Padme woke up with Dean and was confused by it. Yeah, welcome to the club. I woke up with Jensen and was viciously assaulted by a dog. Some guys named Steve and Danny talked about punching Nazis and safehouses. Right. Totally normal. Posiedon--now I know these notes are all messing with me--well, Poseidon was on the beach. He got to meet Johnny Splash who is, get this, a shower. Right. So we're all being drugged. That makes more sense, yeah. Stark tried to say hi to the shower guy. Donald Duck and the shower guy got into a fight. Posiedon liked the hat. The little sailor hat deal. This Stark guy also met Donald Duck before not really explaining anything to Posiedon

In the... mansion in the woods. Seriously, what is wrong with this place? Princess Lili woke up with a game show host named.... Sassy Chap. That just sounds like a messed up code name or something. She eventually ran off to the very specific Arden Woods to try and find some guy named Jack. Jaina found out that her husband was a Jaguar. The car. I'm... sorry? Or congratulations? I really don't know which. Watts and a Steven had strawberry shortcake in some boarding house and somehow that's so normal it seems ominous. There was some masked guy running around town to... fight crime? I really can't tell from this note.

That Padme lady from before ended up at the bar and the bartender there dressed up like her? Okay, I'm glad I didn't find that place now. Anakin apparently knew her and said it wasn't a kidnapping. Which I really don't think is true. Since I'm freaking STUCK IN HERE.

*chittering*

Well, I am. Jaina ended up telling Anakin and Padme about the car thing and how they knew each other. Kind of. Rey who was a Lego... okay, you can't just put that on a note and not explain what the hell it means. But a Lego ordered a drink from Padme and explained that she knew Anakin who looked different. Stark was rightfully confused by the Lego person, but for the wrong reasons. He found out that Anakin was a childhood friend of Padme and that Padme had a lot of experience with being kidnapped. Ahsoka--sure, why not another weird name--had a drink offered by Anakin and a shocked look from Padme. And Jonny ordered a very manly drink.

There. That's all you shoved at me. Can I leave?

*sullen chittering*

Okay. Good. Bye. Try not to get kidnapped by freaking squirrels.

Ow! OOOOOWWW! Help! Help! Somebody help me! I'm being attacked by--by filthy squirrels!

*chittering*

What do you mean, 'We do this every Satur--' The squirrels can talk. I can understand the squirrels. Why, I always knew that I was special! And you want me to 'Just read the notes'? I can do that! I'm not much for reading, you know, but some little piffling notes will be no trouble! La, what a lark.

*silence*

*chittering*

I'm reading the notes! Just like you--oh, you want me to read them aloud, into this black thing...squirrels are so very odd. And you want me to say that these are from the school? All right, then. Here we go. Relax and Chill--that's a class? That's a class--watched a film, whatever that is, and Galactic Tourism went to Coruscant. I don't know what a galactic is or a Coruscant, but I hope a grand time was had on tour. Miss Smith and Mr. Rand discussed their familiarity with the place, and Mr. Rand asked Miss Beniko to accompany him to New York for the week end. That's far too far to go for such a short amount of time. I suspect these squirrels of writing nonsense! But I am bound to obey them lest they snatch out all my hair. Lord, I do suffer so. In First Aid Mr. Thor told the students what to do if someone suffers a broken bone, or a shock. I shall simply call for help very loudly.

Those are all the notes from the school, so I shall move along to the--

*chittering*

'Tell them--' Who's 'them?'

*chittering*

People are listening to this?! I--hello, mysterious audience. The squirrels oblige me to tell you that there are no notes from the dormitory, and I believe that very odd-looking bird is sad about it for some reason. There are, however, notes from the town, and I shall read them now in the hopes that my captors will release me. I don't know where George is and why he has not rescued me yet. It seems that a Miss Skywalker was at a warehouse where woodchucks were trying to get into the food. What is it with rodents in this place? Dean Skywalker and Miss Skywalker discussed his daughter before Miss Skywalker went home for an evening with her friend Miss Smith discussing Miss Smith's recent romantic complications. Oh, I do so love a romantic complication! Tell me more!

*annoyed chittering*

These talking squirrels are no fun. Miss Zarrin was hard at work at Plant Parenthood, it seems, whilst Mr. Argentum attempted 'yo yo tricks' at Turtle & Canary. Dr. Quinn found a statue at Needful Things highly suspicious, and at the Trooper Station Detective Watts received a floral arrangement courtesy of Mr. Grant. How odd. Did someone die? No matter, because we've the last note, which says that Captain Flint opened The Ink Spot, and now I'm finished, can I be free?

*chittering*

Thank heavens. I probably have some dreadful rodent disease now.

*sounds of complaining getting fainter and fainter in the distance until a squirrel shuts off the mic*

Good morning, everyone! It's Captain Steve Rogers with the news of a much less...well, I'd say 'emotionally heavy' Thursday, but the squirrels are holding acorns like they aren't afraid to throw them, so I'll keep that to myself. Even though it was funny.

*sounds of acorns being thrown*

Quite a start to the day. Let's get to classes. Ethical Dilemmas was given the day off--thank you, Liliana--Philosophy of Food took a quick trip to a museum exhibit in London, and Breakfast Foods worked on mastering pancakes, waffles, and French toast.

In town, Liz was bravely facing down month-end spreadsheets, Luma was expanding her knowledge of the dresses and makeup for sale at Pixie Dust, and Steven stopped work at the museum for lunch and selfies with Watts.

Finally, it was open mic night at Groovy Tunes, with Stewart performing lightning-themed music, Charlie playing Viking songs--like cheers for the football team?--and Jack, after some prodding, playing piano.

And that's everything! Have a good weekend!
wrongkindofsith: (Like some kind of note-taking ninja)

That's everything?

*chittering*

Quiet day.

Up at the School, the only things that was happening was Shenanigans down in the park, where Anakin inflicted socks upon the voluntolds, which needless to say certain people used as an excuse for flirting, because they cannot get a room, Stewart was very attached to his 'adorable shark' socks, baffling Hannibal. Then everyone had to balance tanks of mysterious liquid on their feet, to varying levels of success.

Nothing for the Dorms, while in Town, Adrian dipped his wick making candles at Pick Your Poison, while at Caritas, Tino implied there were others like him by claiming it was his brother's birthday, though neither person taking the stage seemed inclined to celebrate. Stark was...awkward, Stewart brought along dubious brownies, and Atton was remarkably judgemental for someone who deals with his problems by faking his death.

*chittering*

Oh, I know I am, but I've never done that.

Good morning, it’s Wednesday, I hope you all know to avoid Anakin by now but having said that it’s time to talk about what the squirrels have written for me today starting with the school.

My class on Finding New Hobbies made brownies with whatever sorts of things people might want to add to them.
*chittering*
Well, I hope not during class! Norse Life practiced axe throwing and I hope no one had to visit the clinic after it was over. Or while it was happening. The Wonderful World of Art was going to draw people but the only person who was willing to model was Tino so thankfully they had to draw fruit instead. And then there was Paintball! where Anakin probably cheated while everyone else was trying to shoot each other or buckets or both.

Nothing from the dorms, sorry Porg, so we’ll move on to the town.

Nell was grumpy and tired at her shop. I hope she’s all right. Charlie was more cheerful and listening to viking rock, I don’t know what that means, and Stewart approved of her musical choices. I suppose that’s good? Bucky was at the movie theatre with a lot of M&Ms and Jesse came in to visit him at work.

Finally I have that Gladio was at Atlas Gym with a magic treadmill or haunted treadmill or some sort of treadmill that won’t stop. Summer was there to fl- … to work out. And Nell came in to see Gladio and seemed to be doing much better than she was while she was at her shop. Good.

That seems to be all. Be careful of the park and I’ll be back here again next week, I think.

Hey there Fandom, it's me, ya girl, Arden Finch, welcoming you to June and the beginning of summer proper, even if we are already halfway through our first summer session.

Which makes for a good enough transition to talking about School, I suppose! Teamwork had us doing trust falls out on the lawn and there are way too many laughing squirrels around me right now. Creative Problem Solving where the Dean judged everybody's art and then they threw water balloons at people. Especially Cal. Sorry, babe. The Art of Conversation practiced insincere enthusiasm - wow - and National Park Adventure Team where folks got to look for snow leopards or go on a bird and wildflower tour.

No Dorms and very little from Town, it looks like. The Infinite Consortium had its usual lunchtime guest in the form of Professor Scientia, who convinced Professor Vess to leave for vacation after work...on a Monday. Okay then. Vi was working on her art project for class at the Magpie Emporium. And at the Clinic, they welcomed Pride Month with rainbow cookies and crab paintings.

And that's what I've got for notes, so it's ya girl, Arden Finch, signing off and leaving you with the first of our Pride Month songs, Red Wine Supernova by Chappell Roan. Bye!
